1. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is:

  • Damaged or spilled upon delivery
  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
  • Expired or past its best-before date

We do not accept returns for:

  • Taste preferences or change of mind
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Delays caused by the courier (beyond our control)

2. Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Provide the order number, registered phone/email, and a clear photo of the product, packaging, and invoice

Claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible.


3. Refund Process

If your complaint is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days.
  • In some cases, We will deliver a replacement product within 7 days and Store credit points will be credited within 7 days

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:

  • The product appears to be tampered with or misused
  • The claim is found to be invalid after investigation

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update
  • We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue
  • In some cases, we may request a signed declaration of non-receipt
